Pay anyone. Anywhere. In real time. Sigma is the global payroll platform for US companies hiring talent abroad. Hire, pay and retain contractors and employees in 160+ countries, from one place. Onboard workers over WhatsApp. Sigma handles W-8BEN forms, contractor agreements and tax documentation. You fund payroll via US ACH. Your team gets paid instantly into a USD Wallet, then saves in dollars or withdraws to a local bank or stablecoins. Need more than contractors? Sigma also offers Contractor of Record (COR), Employer of Record (EOR) and Gig Pay for high-volume payouts, plus local health insurance and benefits. Less admin. Lower fees. Payroll that runs in real time.
