Also, despite Sigma's user friendly interface and design, folks without any data analysis experience may face a little steep learning curve. Sigma, being newer to the market compared to legacy products like Tableau or Power BI, some feature set within it are still evolving, and also there are fewer people in market who are expert at it. **What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping us visualise huge amount of dataset stored in Data Warehouse - Snowflake and AWS Datalake and making some sense out of the data. We have all the data coming from various tools like Salesforce, databases, etc into Snowflake. We are using Sigma it to visualize this data the which captures our product adoption, user feedback, customer sentiment, repeat rate and various other metrics. Creating visual representations of this data using Sigma aids in pinpointing our shortcomings, which in turn fosters broader acceptance and the enhancement of our services.
