## About Sigma
Sigma is the AI runtime layer for analytics, agents, and apps built on live warehouse data. It is a cloud analytics and business intelligence platform that helps business and technical teams explore live data, build reports and applications, and deploy AI agents directly on a cloud data warehouse, using a familiar spreadsheet interface alongside SQL, Python, and AI. - Analytics: Use Sigma for classic business intelligence workloads like pixel-perfect reporting, embedded analytics, and self-service access to data in an Excel-like interface. Build with AI, spreadsheet functions, SQL, or Python. - Agents: Deploy AI agents that act on live data and run multi-step workflows. Build them with natural language and your choice of enterprise LLM or warehouse AI. - Apps: Build AI Apps for operational work like planning and forecasting, scenario modeling, and approval routing, with writeback and governance automatically configured. Every artifact in Sigma inherits the security, permissions, and row-level access already set in the cloud data warehouse. Because governance is enforced at the source, anything a team builds is IT-approved from the start. Sigma solves a persistent tradeoff in enterprise data work. Business teams typically wait on a central data team to build reports and tools, while ad hoc AI and app-building tools produce work that sits outside IT's control. Sigma removes that tradeoff by keeping analysis, reporting, applications, and agents on live warehouse data under one set of permissions, so non-technical users build what they need while IT keeps a single, auditable system of control. Founded in 2014, Sigma is a privately held company headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in New York, London, and Sydney. More than 2,000 companies trust Sigma, including DoorDash, Blackstone, JPMorgan Chase, and Figma. Sigma is the business intelligence partner of the year for both Snowflake (2023-2026) and Databricks (2025-2026).

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theo L. | VP, Client Solutions & Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma Computing offers a modern approach to business intelligence that stands out in the industry. I particularly appreciate the complete control over performance provided by the cloud data warehouse live connection, materialization, and caching capabilities. Sigma's platform presents far more commercialization opportunities compared to other tools, allowing our clients to truly experience a self-service environment. The product is continuously improved with thoughtful enhancements and a forward-thinking roadmap that leverages the latest technological developments. Moreover, the in-app live support with real humans enables our analysts and developers to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently, significantly boosting our productivity.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

There is truly nothing that I dislike about Sigma. I would however recommend investing more in controls for formatting static reports as well. To be the "all-in-one" solution it must include top notch PDF and XLSX exporting functionalities, and while they do exist and are good, there is room for improvement on the export quality, specifically for margins, elements potentially being cut off due to sizing, etc...

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a market research and analytics company, we heavily rely on business intelligence tools to develop and maintain our products and services. We almost exlusively use Sigma for all of these operations. Sigma has enabled us to work faster, be more analytical, and deliver a higher quality product to our clients.

 ### 8. Sigma is a Game Changer - Ease of Use, Great Analytics Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darlina J. | Business Intelligence Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma has been a game changer at for Florida Cancer Specialist. Our organization still did a lot of analysis using excel. The organization did not want to give up use of excel, as they were comfortable with using it and being able to quickly manipulate data. We first introduced Sigma in early January of 2024, and ever since, it has been a game changer. People want all reports to be in sigma, and love how intuitive and easy it is to use. We currently use PowerBi for reports and dashboards, but were limited with what data we could provide, and if there was a lot of data, the report would take a while to produce results. With Sigma, we can publish large amounts of data quickly, plus it also has some great visualizations. In less than 6 months Sigma has changed the way the organization views data, and they just can’t seem to get enough of Sigma. In addition to easy of use, and large amounts of data that it can display, the “World Class” support from Sigma make it a BI tool like no other.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

I wish we had started using Sigma earlier

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma, has allowed us to share transactional data for our finance and audit teams. Not only have we be able to expose over a million lines of data, but it is done in a matter of seconds.

 ### 9. Easy to Use Tool Falls Short in Almost Every Other Area

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua B. | Data Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma was one of the first BI platforms to utilize a spreadsheet and formula approach, which does make it more accessible for non-technical users. There are plenty of other tools in the space now offering similar functionality (Hex and Omni to name a few) and said tools have.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

- Poor data governance: if you opt to write SQL code instead of building everything with Sigma's built in functions, the data lineage that Sigma provides breaks down completely. If your data team is making changes to a data model, you lack the visibility to identify all of the locations where this model is used if said model is used in any workbook SQL query. We have had to disable custom SQL within our instance due to all of these SIGNIFICANT limitations.
- Difficult to Troubleshoot/Maintain Dashboards: if a column or data model is broken, Sigma will replace that column with a hardcoded error, which makes it nearly impossible to resolve. Moreover, there is no unified view to surface errors in Workbooks-- you have to search through every single workbook page and look for red X's on each table/chart to identify what's wrong. Instead of being able to proactively resolve errors, you'll constantly have business stakeholders raising these issues since the tool doesn't surface these to your data team members in any meaningful way.
- Poor DBT integration: DBT integration is almost non-existent, outside of surfacing column descriptions in a few select areas of the UI. These columns descriptions will not persist, however, if you use Sigma's dataset or data model functionality. There is no semantic layer integration.
- Lack of Simple Polish: Grouping columns of a dataset into logical sections is not available, so you're constantly sifting through a large list of columns to find what you need. Sigma metrics are incredibly basic, cannot be reordered/organized, and don't work with their new data model functionality. Schema refreshes are not performed at any set cadence and there is no ability to schedule a daily schema refresh, leading to data modeling displaying stale views of the data without manually refreshing each one individually.
- Limited API: The API has no functionality to manage Sigma metrics, datasets, or data models. It also lacks the ability to trigger a refresh of a workbook, which would allow our team to build out some functionality to address the lack of data governance within the product.

Sigma seems more concerned with flashy marketing and sponsorships and launching half-baked AI functionality than they are in making meaningful improvements to their product.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma was adopted by our organization to drive alignement on key business metrics and reporting throughout the organization. It has been effective at helping our organization become more data-driven, but the difficulties our team has faced with scaling our use of the tool and the lack of data governance functionality is extremely disappointing.

 ### 10. Quick and easy way to get the data I requested on one single platform.

There is a lot of data and tools to use.

 ### 11. Very Intuitive and Easy to Use Product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma is a very Simple and Easy to Use product; it allows you to get started quickly after creating a database connection. I like the ease of use and the intuitive UI for building something quickly.

At our company, we are using it to publish a wise dashboard to refresh the KPIs, while it's also being used by several departments to build their own reporting.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Having experience working on Power BI, MSTR, Excel, and Tableau, I think Sigma is lacking in a few complex visualizations and use cases that are achievable using those tools. However, that makes them bulky, while Sigma is a very lightweight tool to get you started.

so if it works for your use case then well and good

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma is helping with an overall view of our customers and their usage of our Product, with tabs to drill down on key metrics and respective departments.

A way of visualizing huge amounts of data. It offers a way of quickly querying the thing you want to see.

 ### 14. Product is very simple and amazing to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumeet S. | Technical Support Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The first thing that stood out to me was how intuitive and user-friendly Sigma Software is. From the moment I started using it, everything felt natural and easy to navigate. The interface is clean and well-organized, making it simple even for those who are not very tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Sometimes it takes few more seconds to Load but I believe that can be ignored.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma Software performs exceptionally well. It is fast, responsive, and reliable. I have not encountered any bugs or crashes, which is a testament to the quality and robustness of the product. The smooth performance enhances the overall user experience, making it a joy to use.
Sigma Software is not just a tool; it’s a comprehensive solution that addresses critical operational challenges. By solving these problems, it delivers tangible benefits that enhance productivity, accuracy, and overall business performance. I highly recommend Sigma Software to anyone looking to optimize their workflows and achieve better results.

 ### 15. This product really performs well, less than Tableau, and customer service that is phenomenal!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christy W. | Business Intelligence Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

It really does work like MS Excel, the interface is user friendly, I was able to learn it quickly and with MS Excel formulas. The workbook makes quick work of separating data and visualizations and I can add data with empty tables and save back to Snowflake if needed. However, I must give the best kudos to our support and customer service. Ben has been instrumental in keeping us up-to-data on changes and additions and when I had questions a real person responded in minutes and made sure to really resolve the problem and not just find a bandaid. That is important to our team!!

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

I don't really dislike anything about Sigma. There are lots of features that I would like to see but, overall this is a solid product that I recommend to everyone, especially those who are complaining about their Tableau bill.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides the visulazations that inform decisions from academics to operations. Taking the data from ML analyses and beign able to show that to our stakeholders is important.

 ### 16. Fast, Powerful, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean K. | Full Stack Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

I love the way that Sigma integrates with our data warehouse and can quickly sync data. Also the ability to live in the cloud is huge, Tableau use to slow us way down to develop new dashboards. Additionally, the abiltity for more users to easily see created dashboards is great. The implementation team was also great, tutorials were quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

The downside is the additional compute that we need to use in Snowflake. However, still better than running on our own computers.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma is solving the problem of being able to quickly and painlessly make dashboards in the cloud on near real-time data from our data warehouse, Snowflake.

 ### 17. Sigma is revolutionary.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dean D. | Manager, Data Analytics and Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma provides an interface for our company to utilize our sophisticated semantics layer. It's an excel-like interface that turns our non-technical users into data analysts.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Sigma is still a relatively young company so there are some QoL features I feel should suggest. They seem to be rolling out new ones every month. Not a giant complaint.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've gone from a data-hesitant company to a data-centric powerhouse incredibly quickly. Having worked with companies in their 'data infancy,' it's amazing to see our company evolve from just a handful of data consumers to over 100 daily users. This transformation has enabled us to make informed vendor decisions based on data accessibility, and we've even started delving into data science and AI application development. Sigma democratized data access across the company, eliminating the gatekeeping by technical experts and making every employee a potential data team member if they choose to be.

 ### 18. Next Level Analyzing Data

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The ability to look forward in time for statistics is a huge key in success.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are giving me the ability to take a deeper dive into systems and statistics within my organization so I can lead the most efficiently.

 ### 19. User friendly and easy to process large data sets

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Once you get the hang of the interface, it's easy to build charts and related data sets in ways that Excel and other aggregators can't perform easily. I also love the AI formula builder integration

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

There's a bit of a learning curve to understand the interface.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aggregating large data sets

 ### 20. Sigma is a game changer

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma is very easy to use as it gives short and crisp answers. It is easy to understand our scores and our team-mates scores. We could also implement the chages required after checking our scores which will eventually improve our quality of customer support. There are numerous features in Sigma, some of which includes Csat scores, team performance, case breakdowns, customer support, information on order integration etc.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

The time taken to load some files is a bit on the higher side. When we enter a value in the filter setion, sigma starts working on it and if we try to put different values it takes some time to load the values.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows me where I stand amongst the fellow team members and helps me understand my mistakes which also helps me improve my customer support.

 ### 22. Brilliant and revolutionary dashboards

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

I think it should be more adapted to have different widgets and filters involved in it.

It handles large data efficiently, integrate with Snowflake easily, and has advanced data security. Key features include automation, real-time alerts, mobile access, and collaboration options, all while being scalable, customizable, and cost-effective.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Sigma rely on Snowflake compute to process the sql written so it will consume your snowflake credit

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Embedded to our product line rather than developing in house which could cause heavy lifting in both time and expense

 ### 25. Easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

missing the data visualization that executives come to know and love.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 34. Sigma is one of the best reporting/dashboarding tools for snowflake

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The simplicity of using the tool and the customer support is second to none. You can use their chat functionalty and get a real human with great input and suggestions to solve complex reporting problems within seconds.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Handling of timezones different for each person isn't possible which makes it hard with a workforce that is spread across the country

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives us the ability to get great visual insights into our business

 ### 35. Versatile Data Platform with Strong Collaboration, But Some Learning Curve

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

It's easy to use for simple tasks, but mastering it is difficult

Provide dashboards to our team members to show operational data

 ### 36. So glad we switched to Sigma!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiana C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

I can't just pick one, so here are my top 3 favorite things about Sigma:

1. An intuitive and responsive interface: Even as someone who knows sql, I love bringing in a full table to Sigma and doing exploratory analysis to understand the data and see what insights are possible. Great for QAing data as well.

2. Access to 'data on the data on the data', as a coworker put it: The various audit log tables for Admins allow me to better understand how our teams are using Sigma, clean up old workbooks, etc. Even simple features, like 'Column Details' which allows us to quickly see summary and statistical information for a column, are incredibly useful.

3. Continuous evolution and support: They're frequently adding new features as clients like us make requests. We've been using Sigma for two years and the scale of advancement has been incredible. And having real people available to help—Customer Success Managers, Live chat support, even Product Managers—has been invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

I wish we could join data from different connections (data warehouses), but I understand why we can't, and the benefits of Sigma's structure outweigh this limitation.

There are definitely features and parts of the UI that could improve. For example, better search functionality that goes beyond document titles and that displays the options in a more meaningful way would be amazing. However, I am confident that Sigma will continue to fix and improve the tool over time.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company relies heavily on data to track progress, make decisions, and provide services for our clients. The BI Tool we used previously would crash every afternoon at 3pm Eastern, literally pausing work for some individuals. Additionally, due to the advanced knowledge required, only technical users could made updates to dashboards and datasets.

Sigma has improved our workflow by providing a reliable platform that supports full-day usage. Its intuitive interface has enabled self-service reporting and data explorations. And features like input tables have allowed us to automate processes that were previously manual—saving more than 150 hours per month for one of our teams.

 ### 37. Excellent tool that effectively lowers the barrier to entry for data analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Intuitive modern interface, speed & responsiveness, and solid customer support through chat & documentation.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Could use more native integrations with other apps such as Excel or PaaS platforms like Zapier.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data analysis, revenue analytics and performance management. Allows us to quickly go from no reporting to thorough, live dashboards with quick turnaround itme.

 ### 38. Great software for understanding key metrics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Aeshtetically sigma is nice to use, and functions well.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

everything works well except a little trouble getting logged in on a mobile device, but once sorted works flawlessly.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy access to important key data and metrics across my team, as well as data for the company.

 ### 39. Great Visualization and Reporting Tool, HUGE usability improvement over Tableau

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael S. | Director, Business Intelligence and Web Services, Higher Education, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The on-ramp to start using Sigma is very short because it is so easy to use and incorporates common spreadsheet terminology and formulas. The licensing model is fair to all size organizations. It also connects to Snowflake with ease, and we were able to deliver content to our end users very quicky after signing on. They also are continually updating their capabilities, recently improving visualization and adding AI features. Great customer support!

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Customization features for visualizations are somewhat lacking compared to other solutions.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easy way to deliver reporting and visualizations to decision makers based on data in Snowflake.

 ### 40. Best in class flexible BI & vizualization suite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan P. | Head of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma is fast and flexible - it has a wealth of connectors / integrations and a good cadence of updates / improvements. The ability to implement white label or emedded analytics is a standout feature vs the competition making it highly extensible and customisable.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Until recently support was limited to the US and US hours - I'm pleased ot say this has recently been updated to provide local first line support in the UK also.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sigma allows us to quickly and efficiently iterate different dashboard versions whilst providing a seemless white label experience to users.

 ### 41. Great tool, lot of power

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin C. | PMO Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma is a data analysis tool that uses a spreadsheet-like interface to allow non-technical users to access and analyze data directly from cloud data warehouses. If you are used to Excel, you are sure to love Sigma's power to compute and display data in a better way.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Have some learning curve to master some of the "cool" features

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Showing some data in a better way, which in the past required us to use 4-5 spreadsheets to find the information.

 ### 42. Great for table visualization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

How visual and easy it is to create tables.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Since its relatively new there is not a lot of content out there when learning to use the tools.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping with table and cross tab analysis.

 ### 43. Great dashboard to monitor our support team productivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankur P. | Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The best feature is that we can create different dashboards according to our needs and when integrated with Salesforce, we get the exact numbers. Sigma is easy to use and we use it daily since we are from customer support team

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Reporting sometimes is inaccurate. The survey count & chat count does not match with what Salesforce has

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need to create Excel dashboards manually to track the productivity of the team. Just integrate sigma with salesforce and it ll do all the work for us

 ### 44. Sigma Feature Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Balal A. | Technical Support Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Get to know more about detailed information of project as well as the score metrics.
Also we can see the partner health page from there about the locations in the project.
I use it very frquent to see the details and also for my scores.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Till now that I have used sigma there is nothing I can say to dislike it as everything is managed here correctly.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can check each and every details of the locations.
We can see our metrics and also about our scores.

 ### 45. Best chat application

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek J. | Sr Technical support Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The interface is very user-friendly, easy to use, and reliable. The message notification is very helpful which helps us to understand if the message is delivered, or seen.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

The AI needs to be more interactive. The shortcuts need to be more organized and user-friendly. The extra options on the interface need to be reduced.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The AI helps a lot in resolving some easy tasks itself due to which the workflow is been managed in time due to which we are able to contribute more in major tasks.

 ### 46. A mostly positive experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron C. | Senior Director of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The learning curve is not very steep - once you have a data connection configured it's pretty easy to get started building workbooks. The interface is intuitive and documentation is good, including inline 'real time' tips when using functions. Customer support, even for simple how-to questions, is a click away.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Data Sets are complicated and it's still not very clear to me how/why they should be used in terms of best practices. (I've been using Sigma for ~1.5 yrs.)

Table inheritance can be problematic. In my case, we add fields to the primary "parent" table/data set with some frequency. Unfortunately these fields are immediately exposed in *every* child element of that table. This is more than just an annoyance, since it means I have to go in and manually remove it from every child element where it is not supposed to show up. And it's particularly disruptive on Table visualizations since it is displayed on the page and can upset formatting, grouping, etc.

PDF export formatting is hit or miss.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Sigma to provide real time reporting to our clients so they can track user behavior and other patterns. This is a key part of our business since the reporting can help clients identify problem areas or other actionable information.

 ### 47. Happy with Sigma

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

I like the ease of use and being able to create reports in Explore mode.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Limitations on what data analysis you can do.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping pull reports for sales

 ### 48. Sigma Integrates Great with Snowflake and Easy to Build Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron Z. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

Sigma integrates very well with Snowflake. As a developer, it is very easy to build visually appealing dashboards very quickly. Sigma also provides excellent support for end users.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Since Sigma does not yet have a huge user base, finding solutions to unique problems via a Google search is limited.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the company I work for, we needed a Business Intelligence solution that was easy for end users to work with. Sigma's ease of use has proved very beneficial for our end users. This helps the development team to not get slammed with "How to" questions all the time.

 ### 49. Good product

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua S. | Fulfillment Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

I like that sigma helps my company to track orders so I am able to work on fulfilling them for my region.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

I wish you could open all links at once in Sigma so I do not have to open them one by one.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of where to get my data that I need to see for my orders and it benefits me because it shows me all the data I need to see in one place.

 ### 50. Easy to learn and use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Sigma?**

The product is very intuitive to use. As a long time user of Excel and multiple Business Intelligence platforms, it was relatively easy to dive right in without a steep learning curve. Not having to learn a new coding language adds to the positive experience and democratizes the development of dashbaords. Input tables and Materialization are unique features that help Sigma stand out against other leading BI platforms in the market. It has been a pleasent working with the customer support team.

**What do you dislike about Sigma?**

Sigma's data visualization capabilities could use some fine-tuning and added functionlity.

**What problems is Sigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Democratization of analytics and reporting to individual business users has been a primary challenge and Sigma has helped us increase adoption.
