We've been using SightX for 3+ years and are really happy with it. The genius of SightX is its ease of use, its flexbility and the lightning-quick insights it generates at the click of a button. We'd got so frustrated with other products on the market that had limited front-end or back-end functionality or needed complex/time-consuming coding. We want meaningful data, analysis and insights, easily and quickly. SightX gives us all of this. Furthermore, SightX keeps us regularly updated with new releases and features. We really like the automated insights - it streamlines the whole process for us, and gives us an idea of what we data we can drill down into. As intermediate users, these serve as examples, and have been really helpful. The survey builder is also really powerful, and have proven to be far easier to use than the other systems we've experimented with in the past.
