The program makes it so easy to use a tablet while going through the units. You can take pictures and make notes. The reports that we get from SighPlan are also very nice looking and easy for owners to understand. **What do you dislike about SightPlan?** I do wish that all of the reports were in the same place on SightPlan. When pulling the reports, most of them are all in one place, but then for two, I have to go out to a different area to pull them. **What problems is SightPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using SightPlan our Due Diligence reports had to be made manually. We did not have a way to attach the pictures to the notes someone took while walking the units. SightPlan puts it all together in an app for convenience while at the property, and generates the reports for after the inspections are done. ### 2.
