I like that it's self-service, and once a team member gets a good grasp of all the ins and outs, it's a decent substitute for a full-service review platform. The platform is not very intuitive and requires a lot of training for any team members who are added in and out of a case team to be able to fully utilize its features. the Consilio help page is also full of videos, which are time-consuming to watch. I wish, for example, there was an option to download directly from document review pages the bates-stamped PDF versions of documents, instead of having to create a batch print. Since Sightline puts the control more in the hands of paralegals and attorneys I'd like to see more manuals for troubleshooting, answering questions about how to do things especially from the admin side. The downsides are the cost, for smaller companies this is not an option to purchase only a wish item as well as third party support which is not an attractive feature. Load your data, review and initiate productions, and privilege logs on your time schedule. Staff is highly responsive at all hours to ensure you have support when needed. I dislike the number of steps it takes to perform various actions - for instance, to search a document, there are quite a few separate steps required to undertake this seemingly simple process and it can be difficult to introduce new team members to the platform for this reason. The more I learn about Sightline, the more I enjoy using it. I love the fact that Sightline automatically images and OCR's the documents as I load them into their dataset. This was an extra tedious step that I had to do when using SummPro and sometimes it would take hours just to complete this step but Sightline does this automatically.
