What do you like best about SiftedAI?

Sifted helps our company gain a better understanding of Logistics allowing us to view our spend trend summary along with package-level details. This gives us a breakdown of our spending along with additional fees that were added to our shipments. In addition, we like the package modeling tool because it helps us see our potential savings as we are looking to expand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SiftedAI?

I don't like that we have to go back to the carrier to get refunds. However, Sifted assigns you a rep to help with any questions. They're great at following up and helping your company grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sifted has a dashboard that provides an overview of everything you need to manage your small parcel spend and service. The Sifted service team is extremely helpful and if there is any information not provided on the site the team can usually find a way to pull and aggregate it for you.
