I enjoy the visual ppeal of the platform along with the data visualizatoin of the patform. What do you dislike about SiftedAI? My biggest improvement for Sifted was the transition from one account manager to the next. What problems is SiftedAI solving and how is that benefiting you? Sifted is showing us what parts of our shipping profile can be most improved and how we are able to save the most money. I really appreciate how Michelle asked great questions during our orientation call to be sure she customized the presentation to meet the needs in my specific role. What do you dislike about SiftedAI? I'm not sure if it is available to us or not, but I would love to have USPS information as in-depth as I have UPS information on this platform. I loved how it took out the unknowns and gaves us all the tools and data needed to negoitate with UPS and Fedex to drive our company cost savings we only talked about. There is not much I dislike about sifted. I really liked all aspects of the software and the customer service and our account rep. Very helpful company!!!!!!!!! It also allowed me to run box scenarios and look at ways to drive even more cost savings by testing out different weights and dims.
