The home screen shows the most changes from the previous billing cycle. This allows you to quickly focus on the problem areas to get them corrected without spending tons of time sifting through confusing shipping bills. I check my Sifted every Monday. I can count on sifted (LI) software to help analyze my company's small parcel data and spend. i've been able to leverage the tools to make informed decisions about reducing our small parcel spend and putting place addendums throughout the year. Wish it could break down the yearly GRI increases in more details and account for other accessorials when proposing the final analysis of the impact of the yearly GRI. Great data capturing tool. Score card is a great and easy way to monitor shipments. Integration setup was fast and easy. Have concerns on lack of customer service communcation after go live, dont seem to be getting much proactive communcation from the Sifted Team which I will be addressing with them. I also love that the reps call you with solutions to savings opportunities without asking. I would like for the promises that were giving to be followed through.
