As an Internal Communication Specialist, I use Sift constantly - sometimes upwards of 10+ times per day. It is a borderline life-changing program for my work and I find myself wondering how organizations who don't have a Sift equivalent get by without it! I love how easy it is to find what I need (and what I don't necessarily need, but would like to know nonetheless) - and I love that it makes it possible to get to know someone a litle bit before you even meet them. I would say that I wish Sift was more integrated with Slack (would love if you could click into someone's Sift profile via their Slack profile). I also wouldn't be mad about more customization options in Sift - like the availability to add some creative flair (different color schemes, embedded playlists, etc.) to our profiles. There are so many great filters to search for people. You can customize your profile pictures. I use it just about every day, looking for co workers information and using it to learn more about the coworkers I work with!
