I wish some people updated their profile more often - or if it was auto populated. While most people have their profile filled in, there are some that don't have a the details on their profile so it isn't clear what specific things the person focues on within the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps me keep up with not only my team but other employees throughout our network. Anytime someone asks me who someone is I can pull this up and actually show them. Need to know a birthday without letting someone know that you forgot? Right there. Need a tshirt size and dont want to make someone uncomfortable by asking? No problem, its in sift.
