It’s really helpful to be able to find my colleagues’ positions and understand the company’s structure, especially during onboarding when you need to get familiar with so many different areas and people. Aside from having a company directory and an organigram, I don’t see any other real use case for me as a mid-level employee, and I rarely find any useful information there.
