"C - sanction country orders"

What do you like best about Sift?

What I like best about sift is. It's easy to monitor IP by knowing are they sanctioned Location or are from risky IPs. Sift is easy flag the suspicious patterns, suspicious behavior from the bad user by identifying fraudulent transaction, login activities VPN, or from unauthorized networks. Sift also reduces our manual work. Easy to apply filters. This helps us to provide the user a safe and secure platform

This helps us to block user or entity automatically if the user logging from the sanctioned country or any other suspicious parameters. sift helps in many ways such as identifying payment frauds, financial crimes, Account takeovers, Collusion and more. This is also easy to compare the shipping address and billing address , how many times the address has been used. Over all sift plays an important role in e-commerce platform and reduces the fraud and builds the reputation among people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall good – can improve on attributes and logging"
4/5
What do you like best about Sift?

Sift integrates easily into our fraud review workflows and provides sandbox and production environments, ease of creating different workflows, solid risk scoring out of the box. The API is stable, and documentation is clear enough for quick implementation. The user timeline view in the console is especially helpful for investigating account behavior over time. It also supports real-time decisioning, which is valuable in high-volume transactional systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sift?

While the core functionality is solid, debugging and observability could be improved. It’s often unclear when or why certain attributes are dropped or rejected, and there’s limited visibility into how specific events contribute to a user’s score. Additionally, a previously available setting that allowed workflows to be configured to always execute or conditionally execute is no longer present. That feature was valuable for testing and tuning workflows, and its absence makes it harder to confidently control execution logic. Bringing back that level of control—along with better event-level logging—would significantly improve developer and analyst experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experience in using SIFT in reviewing a fraud case"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Sift?

Honestly, what I love about Sift is how simple it is to get started with. Even if you're not super technical, the whole experience just makes sense—it’s really user-friendly. The setup didn’t give us headaches at all, and whenever we had questions, their support team was quick and super helpful. We use it regularly, and it’s loaded with features that actually make fraud detection smarter—not more complicated. Plus, it plays nicely with the systems we already use, so we didn’t need to change everything just to make it fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sift?

What I find a bit tricky with Sift is that sometimes it’s almost too cautious. It'll flag perfectly legit behavior as suspicious just because it’s a little out of the ordinary. I get that it's doing its job—and doing it well—but it can slow things down when you're trying to move fast and resolve stuff quickly. Still, I’d rather have it overprotective than miss something critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
