I love that it already collates every information we need in our investigations and makes our tasks easy. What do you dislike about Sift? As of now, I don´t see any major downside. I just wish that it would save the option on my dashboard to save the legacy feature whenever I open the tool. The tool is very user-friendly and insightful. It integrates multiple facets in one place, making analysis much easier, more efficient, reliable, accurate, and fast, which makes it well worth every penny spent. By flagging possible fraud with our orders, we are able to investigate and determine if the orders can continue or go through our system. What I really like about sift is the accuracy of having the link account in terms of someone is using another IP address, how risky the account is and we can easily trace if the logins are from different location. I personally using sift everyday and if I see there are account use the same thing as IP or devices it is really risky, the app is easy to navigate and customer support is very responsive and helpful. The app is linked to a lot of useful tools such as Manager tool, Zendesk and risk scores based on users location and information within the account. Most of the reviews are self explanatory, easy to use and with a lot of useful information to perform a good data analysis of certain matters on the customer account, as mentioned before the complete integration of tools makes easier to detect issues and suspicious activity, with this an excel customer support can be provided. Sometimes bugs impact the review or the notation on the findings, this tends to be frustrating since it happens very little still some accounts lack of notes due to the bugs/errors. Also account notation is sometimes impacted on refresh or clicks elsewhere, then the notes pop up closes having to start all over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Sift solving and how is that benefiting you? The data analysis and integration in a all in one tool to perform a good data analysis review. The previously mentioned saves time without the need of going into different apps looking for information, also helps to avoid confusion due to everything being all in one place, not to forget that the ease of use helps to implement a lot of training time.
