Sieve is an AI-native hiring intelligence platform that screens candidates across five dimensions — Technical Skills, Culture Fit, Leadership, Domain Match, and Experience Level — so hiring teams can focus on the conversations that matter. At the core of Sieve is Company DNA profiling: you define what great looks like for your team, and Sieve scores every applicant against that benchmark automatically. No more manual CV sifting or gut-feel shortlisting. Key features include multi-dimensional AI scoring, Company DNA customization, bulk CV processing, structured candidate summaries, and seamless ATS integration. Sieve gives growing teams the hiring intelligence of an enterprise without the overhead.
