## Sierra Reviews
  ### 1. Sierra Delivers Natural, Efficient AI Support with an Intuitive, Reliable Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atharva S. | SRE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like best about Sierra is its ability to deliver AI-powered customer support that feels natural, personalized, and highly efficient. The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy to configure AI agents, monitor conversations, and review performance metrics. Its integrations with CRM and business systems allow the AI to access relevant customer context, resulting in more accurate and helpful responses. Performance has been reliable, with fast response times and high-quality conversational AI that handles routine queries effectively while seamlessly escalating complex issues when needed. The onboarding process is well-structured, making it easier for teams to adopt the platform and start seeing value quickly.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

While Sierra delivers a strong AI customer experience, some advanced configuration options can take time to learn, particularly for teams deploying complex conversational workflows. I'd also like to see more flexibility in customizing AI behaviour, reporting dashboards, and conversation analytics to better suit different business needs. Although the platform integrates well with major enterprise systems, broader support for niche applications and additional pre-built integrations would make implementation even smoother. Performance has been reliable overall, but more detailed AI decision explanations and expanded onboarding resources would help users build confidence and optimise the platform more quickly.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra solves the challenge of delivering fast, consistent, and personalised customer support at scale through AI-powered conversational agents. Instead of relying solely on human agents for routine enquiries, the platform automates common customer interactions while maintaining a natural and context-aware experience. This has reduced response times, improved support efficiency, and allowed teams to focus on more complex customer issues. Its seamless integrations with existing business systems, reliable performance, and AI-driven insights also help optimise customer service operations, resulting in better customer satisfaction and a strong return on investment through increased productivity and reduced operational overhead.

  ### 2. Sierra Core Functions in the Browser, but Slow and Hard to Navigate

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moosa Tonny D. | Senior Technician, Technical Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

It lets library staff carry out the same core functions available in the traditional Sierra Desktop Application, but directly through a web browser.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

It’s slow and lags a lot. It’s also very difficult to navigate, and I need more clarity when trying to find and understand the information.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra addresses the challenge of managing library operations by bringing everything into one centralized platform. It allows staff to manage circulation, cataloging, patron records, and reporting within a single system. Sierra Web builds on this by offering browser-based access, so there’s no need to install a desktop client. For me, this translates into better productivity and simpler day-to-day access, with fewer IT support needs, and it helps me serve patrons more efficiently by getting to accurate information faster.

  ### 3. Effortless Workflow Streamlining with Sierra

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nimish T. | Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I find Sierra really useful for streamlining my workflow and getting things done faster without much hassle. It saves me a lot of time by handling repetitive tasks and making it easier to manage everything in one place. What I like most about Sierra is how simple and easy it feels to use; it saves me time without adding extra complexity. The straightforward interface allows me to get things done quickly without having to figure out complicated settings, and the automation and quick responses keep my workflow moving efficiently. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

Sometimes the responses can feel a little slow, and I'd like to see more customization options so I can tailor it better to my workflow. I'd like more control over how Sierra handles different tasks, such as customizable workflows, response styles, and automation settings, so I can make it fit my specific needs instead of relying on the default setup.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra saves me time by automating repetitive tasks and simplifying workflow management. I appreciate its straightforward interface and quick responses, which help streamline my workflow without added complexity.

  ### 4. Sierra Makes Task Management Intuitive and Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanga Y. | System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like best about Sierra is how intuitive and easy it is to use. It helps streamline tasks, keeps everything organised, and makes it simple to find the information I need quickly.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

Sometimes it's not intuitive to navigate, and certain features can be difficult to find. Improving the user interface and overall performance would make the experience better.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra helps centralise information and streamline our workflows by making it easier to find the data we need, track progress, and collaborate with the team. This reduces the time spent searching for information, improves efficiency, and helps us make better-informed decisions. Overall, it saves time and makes day-to-day tasks more organised and productive.

  ### 5. Empowers AI Agents with Seamless Business Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeni J. | Software Dev , Ai Agents Builder, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I use Sierra to build and manage AI agents for customer service, and I like that it can handle automation across chat, voice, email, and messaging, which makes support faster and more consistent. Sierra manages to combine contextual AI, system integrations, and smooth handoffs to human agents. What I like most about Sierra is that it goes beyond simple chatbot-style answers—the agents can use business systems to take actions and resolve customer issues end-to-end. The interface is fairly intuitive for building and testing journeys, and features like AI-powered simulations and conversation insights make it easier to improve the agent over time. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

One area I’d like to see improved is the reporting and analytics experience—it can be harder than expected to turn the available conversation data into clear, actionable insights. Integrations and more complex workflows can also take some effort to set up, so making those parts more self-serve would make Sierra easier to adopt and maintain.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to automate routine support interactions, reducing repetitive customer-support work. It speeds up and makes support more consistent by handling requests end-to-end, integrating systems, and ensuring smooth handoffs to human agents.

  ### 6. Save Time and Boost Your Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Geraud S. | Senior Project Coordinator - EDIP Guinea, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like most about Sierra is its speed and its ability to understand my requests. It allows me to quickly obtain relevant information and assists me in various professional tasks. I particularly appreciate the fact that it saves me time and improves my productivity. The initial setup was very smooth and quick. The interface is intuitive, which allowed the team to get started immediately without requiring complex training.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

I find that Sierra sometimes does not provide responses as precise as I would like, and it could better adapt to the context of the request. I also think it would be useful to have more features to customize the responses and improve the speed of certain searches.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to conduct research and quickly analyze information, which saves me time. It enhances my productivity by facilitating information processing and finding solutions to encountered difficulties.

  ### 7. AI-Powered Support That Scales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumedha R. | Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I use Sierra for AI-powered customer support and conversational automation, which helps automate customer interactions, answer common questions, and improve the overall customer experience. I like Sierra's ability to deliver accurate, natural-sounding responses while automating a large portion of customer support interactions. I also appreciate Sierra's intuitive interface and the speed at which new workflows can be deployed. The platform is stable, requires minimal maintenance, and scales well as support volume increases. I find Sierra's integration with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and communication tools useful for providing a seamless support experience. The initial setup was relatively straightforward, with helpful documentation and onboarding resources making the process well organized. Overall, I would recommend Sierra because it offers strong AI-powered customer support capabilities, reliable automation, and an intuitive user experience.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

Sierra has worked well overall, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Occasionally, the AI struggles with complex or highly specific customer queries and requires more manual intervention. Overall, I am satisfied with Sierra, but it could be even better with more customization option for AI behavior and conversation flows, enhanced multilingual support, and more pre-built integrations with enterprise applications.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to reduce support team workload by automating responses to inquiries, improving response times, and enabling 24/7 support. It provides consistent and accurate answers, enhancing the overall customer experience with intelligent chat and workflow automation.

  ### 8. Revolutionized Our Customer Support with AI Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diwakar K. | technical acquisition specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I use Sierra to automate customer support and deliver fast, AI-powered responses to customer inquiries. I like its accurate AI responses, easy automation, and seamless customer support experience. Sierra helps reduce support workload by resolving customer queries quickly, improving response times, and providing consistent 24/7 assistance. It handles customer inquiries efficiently with accurate, natural responses, reducing manual workload while improving response times. I appreciate the stronger AI capabilities and better automation offered by Sierra compared to our previous platform. The initial setup was easy and straightforward, with clear documentation and a smooth integration process. I would rate Sierra 10 out of 10 and would likely recommend it to a friend.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

Sierra could improve by offering more customization, better handling of complex edge cases, and more detailed analytics and reporting.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to automate customer support, resolving queries quickly and consistently, reducing workload, and improving response times with accurate AI-powered responses.

  ### 9. Strong Enterprise Customer Experience Focus

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tshepo M. | Placement coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like best about Sierra is how natural and conversational it feels. It understands context well, remembers what has already been discussed, and responds in a way that feels more like talking to a person than a traditional chatbot. It also provides fast, relevant answers and asks thoughtful follow-up questions, making conversations smooth and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

One thing I dislike about Sierra is that it can sometimes sound overly polished or scripted, especially in more complex conversations where a more personalised response would be helpful. There are also times when it struggles with highly specific or unusual requests, requiring a human agent to step in. While it handles routine interactions well, there is still room for improvement in adapting to more nuanced situations.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra solves the problem of slow and repetitive customer support by providing quick, accurate responses to common questions and handling routine tasks automatically. This reduces the time spent waiting for assistance and allows more complex issues to be escalated to a human agent when needed. For me, this means I can get information or resolve issues faster, making the overall experience more efficient and convenient.

  ### 10. Build Sophisticated AI Agents Easily with Outcome-Based Pricing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manohar D. | SEO Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

What I like most is that it lets us build sophisticated AI agents without needing a huge engineering team. Anyone can define workflows in plain English using Agent Studio, while developers still have full control with the Agent SDK when they need it. I also really appreciate the outcome-based pricing, since we only pay when the agent actually resolves an issue—not just for usage or seats.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

What I dislike most is the lack of pricing transparency—you have to go through a full sales cycle just to get a quote, with annual contracts reportedly starting around $150,000 and setup fees up to $200,000. On top of that, voice latency can reach 700ms, which creates awkward dead air during calls. I’ve also noticed the platform can struggle to maintain context in longer conversations, which sometimes leads to repetitive or overly generic responses.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It addresses the major challenge of building reliable, enterprise-grade AI agents by taking care of the complex infrastructure and guardrails for us. That means we can launch a sophisticated agent quickly without needing an army of engineers, and it also frees our team to focus on improving our core product rather than managing the underlying setup.

  ### 11. Transforms Customer Support with Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amarpreet S. | Team Lead (Recruitment), Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I like Sierra's ability to deliver natural, human-like conversations while maintaining high accuracy and consistency. It automates routine requests and seamlessly handles more complex conversations by routing them to human agents, which has significantly improved both team efficiency and overall customer experience. I also appreciate how it feels more personalized, helping customers feel understood rather than like they're talking to a basic chatbot. It asks relevant follow-up questions and provides accurate responses, leading to higher first contact resolution rates and better customer experience. The setup is easy too.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

We find training the AI for highly specialized or industry-specific use cases requires significant time and ongoing refinement to consistently deliver the right responses. Expanding integration options with a wider range of third-party business applications and providing more flexibility in workflow customization would make the platform even more adaptable for organizations with complex support processes.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to automate customer conversations and repetitive inquiries, providing fast and accurate responses 24/7. It improves team efficiency and customer experience by handling routine requests and seamlessly transitioning to human agents for complex issues.

  ### 12. Quick Solutions to Technical Queries

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** anil y. | Cloud Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I like that Sierra is simple and fast, helping me find the information I need without much effort. I most use the searching and Question and Answer features because they help me find relevant information quickly and provide clear answers. It has been useful for understanding new concepts and finding information faster, and it reduces the time I spend searching through different websites and documentation. The initial setup was straightforward and didn't take much time, allowing me to start using it without any major issues. Additionally, using Sierra alongside Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Azure Portal, and Microsoft Learn helps me find information faster while working with these tools.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

I'd just like to see faster responses for complex queries and more consistent results when searching for technical information. It would be helpful if complex technical queries could be processed a bit faster without affecting the quality of the answer.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to get quick answers to technical questions and for day-to-day tasks. It helps me understand new concepts, find information faster, and reduces the time spent searching through websites, allowing me to focus more on completing my work.

  ### 13. Streamlined HR Tasks with Time-Saving Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanishka T. | HRBP, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I mainly use Sierra for supporting my day-to-day work and it really helps in creating drafts such as emails, job descriptions, and HR documents. It improves communication and brainstorming for employee engagement activities. I love that it's easy to use and genuinely saves a lot of time, making my work more productive without making it feel automated. The biggest value is that Sierra reduces the time spent on repetitive work while maintaining the quality of work and not compromising on professionalism. It makes everyday tasks more manageable. I also found the initial setup quite simple and straightforward, and the overall onboarding process was smooth and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

I find the platform works well, but there are a few areas I think could be improved. Sometimes I feel the response is a bit generic and needs manual refining, especially with HR-related communication. I think it would be helpful if the response could be faster and if more complex tasks could be customizable.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to support day-to-day work, improve communication, and brainstorm. It reduces time on repetitive tasks, maintains work quality, and enhances productivity without losing professionalism, making my tasks more manageable.

  ### 14. Transforms Customer Support with Natural AI Interactions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav K. | Cloud Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I use Sierra to automate customer support conversations and provide quick, accurate responses to common customer questions. It helps us handle routine inquiries efficiently while maintaining a natural, conversational experience for users. I like most about Sierra is how natural and conversational the AI interactions feel. It responds quickly, understands customer questions well, and provides relevant answers without making the conversation feel robotic. I also appreciate how easy it is to customize the assistant to fit our support workflows and knowledge base. The platform is intuitive to use and has helped us improve response time while maintaining a consistent experience for our customers. One of the biggest advantages for us is how easy it is to tailor Sierra to our existing support process. We can update the knowledge base with product information, FAQs, and internal documentation, so the AI provides answers that are relevant to our business instead of generic responses. I also like that we can adjust the assistant's behavior and conversation flow to match the way our support team communicates with customers, which helps create a more consistent experience across different support channels. Integrating it with our CRM, internal knowledge base, and customer support platform helps the AI access relevant customer information and update documentation, making its response more accurate and consistent.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

Overall, my experience with Sierra has been positive, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and customization can take some time, especially when building a detailed knowledge base or fine-tuning conversation flows. There is also a bit of a learning curve for new users who are not familiar with AI-powered support platforms. In addition, I'd like to see more built-in analytics and reporting options to make it easier to measure conversation performance without relying on external tools. These aren't major issues but addressing them would make the platform even more user-friendly.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to automate customer support, providing quick responses to FAQs and maintaining a natural experience. Sierra reduces our support workload and improves response times. However, the initial setup can be complex, and it lacks built-in analytics for measuring performance.

  ### 15. Sierra's Clean Design Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil K. | Billing Manager, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I really like that Sierra is well-organized and easy to navigate, which helps simplify everyday tasks and make them feel less complicated. The clean and professional layout makes it quick to get comfortable with the interface, and I'd say that clarity is a standout feature. It makes my daily work simple rather than overwhelming. I also like how Sierra smoothly integrates with other software I use, complementing my existing tools by keeping information organized and easy to access. Switching from another platform was straightforward, and the onboarding felt smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

I find the navigation a bit slow and would appreciate more customization options. A stronger mobile experience would also help me when working on the go.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Sierra helps in organizing and simplifying daily tasks with a clean, easy-to-navigate layout, making things less complicated. However, navigation can be slow at times, and I wish there were more customization options to better meet diverse needs.

  ### 16. Revolutionized Our Customer Support with Seamless Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I like Sierra because it can execute real actions and complete multistep tasks natively across different systems, not just provide static text responses. The conversation flow feels exceptionally natural, reliable, and secure, which significantly reduces hallucinations and makes it genuinely useful for end-to-end customer workflows. I also appreciate that it allows the AI to securely handle backend tasks directly within the chat, saving time and creating a seamless experience. The initial setup of Sierra was quite smooth and straightforward, with the documentation and out-of-the-box tools making it manageable for our team to get the conversational agents up and running quickly. I use Sierra alongside other enterprise software like Salesforce and various internal database management systems to ensure seamless data synchronization and unified customer support workflows.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

I find the initial setup and integration with legacy systems can sometimes require extra configuration time. I would also appreciate more out-of-the-box templates for niche industry workflows to speed up development.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sierra automates routine inquiries, reducing response times and handling multistep tasks across systems, lowering operational costs, improving customer satisfaction, and freeing our support team to focus on high-value tasks.

  ### 17. Streamlined Support with Automated Efficiency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Praney M. | Product Design Manager 2, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

I liked how Sierra naturally handled routine customer conversations while still allowing our team to stay involved when needed. It helped reduce repetitive support work without making interactions feel completely automated, making day-to-day support operations much more manageable. I also liked the conversation insights and the ability to integrate AI into existing support workflows instead of replacing them entirely. It made it easier to maintain faster response times and more consistent customer communication.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

One area that could improve is handling more complex or nuanced customer conversations. Sierra performs well with routine support requests, but there are situations where the AI still benefits from human review to ensure responses match the right context and tone. I'd also like to see more flexibility around conversation customization and analytics. While the reporting is useful, having deeper insights into customer interaction trends and more granular control over AI behavior would make it easier to continuously refine the customer experience. Initial setup and optimization also take some time, especially when tailoring workflows for different support scenarios.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sierra to automate customer support, reducing repetitive inquiries and improving response consistency. It helps our team focus on complex issues while providing faster responses and insights into customer trends.

  ### 18. Human-Like Responses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachidanand P. | Technical Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Sierra?**

It feels like talking to a real person instead of using a complicated tool. The responses are clear, friendly, and help solve problems quickly without needing technical knowledge. I also like that it understands the conversation and gives relevant answers instead of generic ones.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

In some cases, I have to rephrase my request to get the information I need. It can also struggle with more complex or detailed topics. Overall, it is helpful for everyday questions, but there is room for improvement in accuracy, depth, and understanding more specific requests.

**What problems is Sierra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of getting quick and reliable answers without waiting for customer support or searching through long help pages. It saves time by providing information in a simple and easy-to-understand way. For me, the biggest benefit is that I can get help anytime, ask follow-up questions, and resolve common issues faster.

  ### 19. Seamless AI Customer Service with Natural Conversations and Easy Integration

It also gives teams clear visibility into customer interactions as well as overall AI performance.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**

Setting up AI workflows for complex or highly specialised use cases can be time-consuming, and getting the best response quality often requires ongoing testing and optimisation. I’d also like to see more granular analytics and additional customisation options for conversation flows, as those improvements would further strengthen the platform.

Sierra automates repetitive customer support interactions so agents can focus on more complex issues. **What do you like best about Sierra?**

I use Sierra as an AI agent for customer support, and I really like how natural and human-like its conversational flow is. This keeps customers from getting frustrated, as they don't feel like they are talking to a rigid, scripted bot. I also appreciate its reliability, which gives us confidence, especially during peak hours when handling a high volume of tickets.

**What do you dislike about Sierra?**
