Insight Hub has been one of my workhorse tools. My favorite part about it is that it doesn’t bombard you with convoluted dashboards. It’s all neat, structured and accessible even for people who aren’t professional data jockeys.

Performance-wise, it’s fast and stable. I haven’t run into any big bugs or crashes yet. Customer support is indeed quite responsive each time I had doubt, they replied with the right solution rather than just saying you might need help from a designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice to have a little more customization available, especially for report designs. Nothing deal-breaker, but it would make the platform even more versatile.

Insights Hub has become a critical central store for all key information in the cloud. We use it internally to track and analyse our machines across a global network. Insights Hub is like a series of building blokes which takes time to come together. I wouldn't say I dislike that but it takes time to do that. We've been on a journey with Siemens and that needs to move at a pace that works for both parties. The best part about it is how it turns data into action. It’s not just a dashboard and numbers — it actually helps teams see where they can make an impact, especially with sustainability. It can feel overwhelming at times — there’s so much data and so many tools that it takes a while to become familiar with everything. It lacks a clear and accessible new-user-friendly guide, and at times the site feels very crowded. In my case, I have dyslexia, and it doesn’t support the font called OpenDyslexic. The screen reader only works on sections of the page, not all the text, which is essential for me as a dyslexic user. Also, the learning curve should be a bit smoother — if it was complex for me, I can’t imagine what it’s like for a non-technical user.

I love Insights Hub very much!! It is my favorite software to use for performance monitoring and preventative maintenance. Its integration into all of our other tools is incredible and very helpful! Its open source feel to its APIs is amazing and definitely helps rapid fire development of analysis and predictive tools. It also has great out of the box tools that are very useful and effective. I’ve been using Insights Hub for a few months now, and I can’t believe how much easier it’s made managing data. Everything’s in one place, which has saved me a ton of time. I’ve been using Insights Hub for a couple of months, and while it’s definitely made managing my data easier, there are a few things I wish were better. The solution enables the ability to create a unified model of factories and equipment which can be easily scaled and leveraged in various industry ready applications such as OEE and Dashboard Designer.
