Insights Hub has become a critical central store for all key information in the cloud. We use it internally to track and analyse our machines across a global network. Our customers using it for verification, consumption and business insights that they've never had perform. Insights Hub is like a series of building blokes which takes time to come together. I wouldn't say I dislike that but it takes time to do that. We've been on a journey with Siemens and that needs to move at a pace that works for both parties. It can feel overwhelming at times — there’s so much data and so many tools that it takes a while to become familiar with everything. It lacks a clear and accessible new-user-friendly guide, and at times the site feels very crowded. In my case, I have dyslexia, and it doesn’t support the font called OpenDyslexic. The screen reader only works on sections of the page, not all the text, which is essential for me as a dyslexic user. Also, the learning curve should be a bit smoother — if it was complex for me, I can’t imagine what it’s like for a non-technical user.

I love Insights Hub very much!! It is my favorite software to use for performance monitoring and preventative maintenance. Its integration into all of our other tools is incredible and very helpful! Its open source feel to its APIs is amazing and definitely helps rapid fire development of analysis and predictive tools. It also has great out of the box tools that are very useful and effective. I’ve been using Insights Hub for a few months now, and I can’t believe how much easier it’s made managing data. Everything’s in one place, which has saved me a ton of time. The cloud hosting is limited. With our security concerns the lack of hosting options on govCloud or GCC-High environments limits what we are able to do. We are going to have to transition to on-premise hosting to meet our requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
