Jk, Insights hub is one of the best framework as far as IoT is concerned, highly adaptable to our custom use cases. It has aided in providing us with plenty of metrics of our systems performance. What do you dislike about Insights Hub? I would say that the compute cost for certain tools is dispropotionate to their in house counterparts. What is most impressive about the insight hub is the ease of implementing items that already have defined types. The user doesn't have to do much work and can now visualize the data in real time. Such flexibility is really important for mixed configuration plants, when integration of data is the key for success.
