What do you dislike about Insights Hub? The user interface is not as fast or responsive as you see in other webapps, sometimes you need to wait for the information to refresh. With the OEE module, it is giving us real time information of what is happening on the shopfloor, now we don't need to depend on the operator or supervisor to report downtime, production or quality issues, we can get the information directly from the PLCs and see it in the platform. With predictive maintenance we are seeing the trends in the motors of the equipments, and it gives us a "prediction" of when an asset is going to fail, so that we can be prepared and schedule some time to fix the issues before it is a cathastrophic failure.
