It is operated by companies with high numbers of employees to build a better business, through the ideas generated by the users themselves, and then be executed by this body, it is a mutual help company-staff, since they offer their ideas the company pays them and the corporation ends up benefiting in a higher way due to their high expectations, what I like most is that this server connects to the Yammer platform, to obtain, manage and analyze ideas without requiring a learning from a software to our workers.
