Creating and setting up my account was painless and fast. A lot of video tutorial and the team behind answer all your questions right away. Im really impressed.

The ease of use is by far the best thing about Sidekick. It's extremely user-intuitive which I really enjoy because I don't have the time to learn another software. This not only saves me from having to do that but also has saved me hours from having to schedule meetings. The locations feature is also something that I would have never thought of and I haven't seen that with other scheduling software solutions. But, given the COVID-19 pandemic, it's great to be able to have options to meet ready to go. Again, it just streamlines everything and the time I'm saving can't be stressed enough. There isn't anything I can say I dislike about Sidekick. All the features I need in my day-to-day are available. If I had to say one thing I don't like, or wish they had, was integration with different website platforms. From what I can tell on the website, they are currently working on that.
