Sideconvo is an AI voice and chat agent for websites. Visitors can ask questions by speaking or typing, in any language. Sideconvo answers in kind, guides them to the right page or product, and handles pre-sales and support questions around the clock. Sideconvo learns a site automatically by crawling its pages, FAQs and products, and recrawls on a schedule to stay current. Teams can add PDF, Word and PowerPoint files for information that isn’t on the site. It installs with one line of code on any website, with native apps for WordPress and Shopify. The WordPress plugin adds unlimited page crawling and semantic search, and the Shopify app covers the full product catalog. From the admin dashboard, teams set the agent’s tone and focus, review conversation logs, and see “content misses”: questions the site couldn’t answer, which point to content worth adding. Access can be open to all visitors or limited to signed-in users via Google, Microsoft or Apple SSO. Sideconvo is used by e-commerce stores, SaaS companies, publishers and corporate sites. Plans start at $19.99/month (Light, chat only), with voice included on Pro ($49.99/month) and multi-site Agency plans for agencies.
