The strangest thing is that this isn't an entirely new concept. Shutterstock Custom merely took an existing concept and put a new spin on it. For good or bad (mostly good) this is the opposite of other photo sharing sites.
That being said:
1. The quality is generally better than I've found in the other sites.
2. I'm grateful I can buy the copyright, especially as I often use these images for volunteer work.
