Shufti's journey builder is particularly helpful because it lets us configure parameters through an UI, which really cuts down our integration time. I also appreciate the Slack channel with dedicated Shufti personnel for case-by-case discussions and their tech team's responsiveness via email. Instead of coding parameters into API requests, I can use Shufti's UI to set up everything and just use the journey ID for API calls. Even when passing the parameter to not decline on a single step, if a user uploads an invalid document, their verification will be declined, and the user doesn't get the chance to fully upload the rest. Shufti has enabled us to support document and liveness verifications for many of our clients for multiple years already. Their technical and customer support have always been there to support our own team when our clients have questions and need help. Integrating multiple services from Shufti is simple and their system is fairly consistent with its results. It would be better if there was just a list with the reasons that you can check, instead of clicking on links that depend on the country of incorporation or nationality, as it can be quite difficult to find. Shufti is a perfect fit for small companies and MLROs who wants to apply internal controls in AML for global markets with a reasonable cost. I like so much the administrator account and KRIs created for the teams because facilitating the UX. Unfortunately, I´m not recommended to acquire Shufti if you need to use the plugin because is not update it. The verification accuracy is excellent, with very few false rejects. The Journey Builder also makes it quick and easy to set up offsite verification flows. Onsite integration and CRM customization aren’t as flexible as the offsite Journey Builder. The larger gap, though, is in document-type-specific logic. For passport verification, the system applies a uniform country-match rule and rejects valid cases when a client’s country of residence differs from the passport’s country of issue, even if nationality is captured correctly.
