Recommendations to others considering SHRM:

I feel they should have webinars and mixers for new HR professionals going into the force and how the new age of HR is now, so we break the toxic cycle of the old school HR mentality and make it people-oriented not people vigilant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
