What do you like best about Showpass?

The support we've received from the Showpass team has been outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Showpass?

Some of our ticket buyers dislike having to create an account, but being able to provide the option of calling Showpass to purchase a ticket solves this issue for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Showpass solving and how is that benefiting you?

The opportunity to collect data from our customers is a huge benefit to us as it helps direct our marketing and better interact with our audience. The website interface is intuitive, clear and well organized and this saves us time and effort (essential for a small organization). The point of sale system is very convenient, especially considering that we're a rather unconventional event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for the review! We appreciate the feedback. Guest Checkout can be enabled by all event organizers so buyers do not require a login to make a purchase!

How user friendly it is. I have zero issues creating a Ticketed event and providing links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
