What do you like best about Showpass?

I was looking for haunted experiences to go to this past fall and I found one through this site! The tickets were delivered virtually and promptly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Showpass?

The event I attended actually got rained out so they gave us a voucher for the amount of the tickets to repurchase the tickets. When I repurchased the tickets, the ticket price was covered, but Showpass charged us a second time for the fee which was a little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
