You can upload your own assets - above the content that Marketing and Product Marketing - allowing for greater personalisation to your clients.
The Outlook Plug-In means that you can draw info from your content library/uploaded assets directly into an e-mail without having to leave the 'compose a new e-mail' screen. Its all seamlessly integrated.

The ability to work 24/7 is critical for sales. We want to be available when our clients/customers are available. Showpad makes this happen as they can access materials any time without needing to download numerous items; all shared seamlessly. Compounded multi-tasking at its best! Showpad makes it very easy to centralize all sales content and share it with prospects, clients, and partners. The integration with Salesforce makes it easy to tie and track activities back to the sales opportunity and most importantly, Shared Spaces have become our defacto means of communicating and collaborating with our prospects during key stages of the deal. There are still a few concerns about having unauthorized users accessing sensitive content when Showpad links can be forwarded on and on. Showpad has built some safeguards (such as link expiration dates, limitation to download), however, this still doesn't prevent share links from getting propagated and viewed by unintended recipients.
