Showing Up Learning develops consulting and client-facing teams. Everything we do is built on the Nine Dimensions of the Very Best Consultants, grouped into three themes: Think Differently (Curiosity, Critical Thinking, Creativity), Build Trust (Character, Communication, Collaboration) and Deliver Impact (Curation, Commercial Acumen, Coaching). There are two ways to work with us. The video learning platform comes in six parts. Define gives every consultant a Career Development Map of what great looks like at each stage. Assess uses self-assessments and 360 feedback to show each person their next step. Learn is bite-size video lessons, each built around one idea you can use the same day. Toolkits are downloadable models and methods for live client work. Play is team games. Lead gives managers a view of their team's results and the coaching tools to develop their people. Immersive in-person training is ready to deliver and adapted to the real challenges your team faces. Our flagship programme, Solve the International Crisis, is a live simulation that draws on all nine dimensions. We have supported more than 11,000 consultants across 54 markets. For every person we train, the Showing Up Foundation funds a free scholarship for a young person facing barriers to work.
