1) Analytics: Our sales team loves the analytics providing real time feedback regarding open rates and engagement with documents shared with prospective and current customers.

2) Easy Back End Integration & Management of Content: The interface on the admin and user side is intuitive, easy-to-use and when needed - our Showell Customer Success Manager - Jonna is an email away.

It is hard to think of something we dislike. Our onboarding was incredibly smooth. The backend integration and syncing to One Drive is pretty seamless.
