Our sales force were given the freedom of mobility with use of tablets instead of having to do everything on their laptops. However, we were faced with the challenge of then making all the sales content engaging and with the ability to be delivered via the tablets. Showcase Workshop completely changed the game for our sales teams and allowed them to present they way they wanted to, while also giving the head office marketing staff insights in to how and when the presentations were being delivered. **What do you dislike about Showcase Workshop?** The backend process to create the various presentations what a bit complex when we were creating our first presentations but subsequent updates meant things got easier. **Recommendations to others considering Showcase Workshop:** It's fantastic! **What problems is Showcase Workshop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Showcase Workshop completely changed the game for our sales teams and allowed them to present they way they wanted to, while also giving the head office marketing staff insights in to how and when the presentations were being delivered. ### 2. For the end user, it works like you would expect it to. Screens are easy to navigate on all devices. Clicking on a button lets you see more detail, pinch zoom works as expected, and most web pages and file formats are viewable and interactive within the app. At the end of the day, our team using the app needs a simple and organized platform. Showcase Delivers. For administrators, we can easily manage the content in real time, without relying on several levels of administration or 3rd parties. The development team is responsive to inquiries, and is quick to implement changes to the platform. The end result is a solution that feels boutique and agile. **What do you dislike about Showcase Workshop?** Showcase has room to develop flexibility for the admin-level users of the app. Adding flexibility on the back-end would make the process of managing content less time-consuming. For example, the ability to modify folder structure by dragging/dropping would speed up content changes. The need to point each file to a hotspot, which aids in adding organizational specificity, is a potential weakness for the admin-level user who must manage the content. **What problems is Showcase Workshop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our existing platform for brand content and business tools had exceeded it's useful life. The website was not optimized for mobile platforms, or field use in general, and was difficult to navigate to boot. We have recently migrated most of our content to the new Showcase platform, and feedback from our customers (franchisees) and field users (franchise consultants and business developers) has been very positive. They appreciate the accessibility of content needed to run their businesses anywhere, without an internet connection. Our former platform for hosting content required multiple levels of administration, and updates took several days to publish before they reached the field. With the showcase platform, we can manage the content in-house, and publish updates to the field instantaneously. When you work for a large company, eliminating levels of administration and red-tape is invaluable. ### 3. Very quick turnaround and excellent support during the entire process. We were ready to go live in less than 3 months, I don't know any other tool than can be this flexible. **What do you dislike about Showcase Workshop?** Nothing, We are enjoying the tool and received nothing but positive feedback from our users. **Recommendations to others considering Showcase Workshop:** Go for it. Our customers and prospects see it as our app and for that reason, we get the halo effect of being seen as high tech, cutting edge and fully in tune with a digitally based sales process. And when we present off an iPad Pro, we win deals. Simple as that. **What do you dislike about Showcase Workshop?** My competitors will find out about Showcase one day. I hate that. **Recommendations to others considering Showcase Workshop:** It's like Wordpress for app building. But easier. Don't get bells and whistles you'll never use. Showcase is beautiful in it's simplicity. **What problems is Showcase Workshop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ensuring our story and offer is told consistently and with impact is the biggest benefit Showcase offers us. The last thing I want is a 'bespoke' presentation out there that is either unauthorised or amateur hour (or both). Showcase ensures out story is right on the mark and being told with maximum impact. We're also saving trees by not printing brochures. Our pages and videos really zing off the screen now and I know my old expensive brochures aren't ending up in the trash. ### 5. We know that it's innovation is too advanced for our users - ie one current reseller we've trialled it with has 'old school account managers' in their team. It's not an easy product for us to get them to use. However we have opportunities with other resellers that we are working with. **What problems is Showcase Workshop solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping all the IP and collateral in one place for distribution to our reseller. It may be that we have multiple resellers and need to keep this separate but it's not a problem. ### 7.
