What do you like best about Shout?

The ability to download my results into different file formats is extremely helpful when I just want something to take with me instead of having to lug my laptop around. Also can be pulled up on my other devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shout?

The website does not look very pleasing. Also, there seems to be occasional issues in which I lose progress on a survey I was working on, or some of the intended recipients do not receive the survey Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
