It's good if you run a business for caregivers. **What do you dislike about The Rosemark System?** If you have alot of clients, the price gets pretty expensive. **What problems is The Rosemark System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps you manager caregivers and clients alot better ### 2. Good Product **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2021 **What do you like best about The Rosemark System?** I like the ease of creating client invoices and the ease of syncing with QB's in order to process payroll and bill out invoices. **What do you dislike about The Rosemark System?** I don't like that you cannot turn off OT for clients only, but only one option that turns it off for payroll and billing. **What problems is The Rosemark System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Syncing over payroll and invoicing is the extent of what I mostly do in Rosemark. Syncing is quick and easy. When there is an error, it shows you exactly what the error is so that you can fix it and resync. ### 3. Their customer service is amazing, and the house are always willing to accept suggestions to make the program more user friendly. Not only do they listen to the suggestions, but they put them into effect! **What do you dislike about The Rosemark System?** I can honestly say there’s not much I dislike. The number one think I’d say is that there is no spellcheck. Besides that can id highly recommend. **Recommendations to others considering The Rosemark System:** Definitely give it a try!
