Shortwave helps me to organize my inbox. I really like being able to pin important emails/ threads to the top of my email inbox so they are available quickly. It is brilliant that related emails/threads are grouped by either person or group. It is really handy to be able to set a reminder and snooze threads temporarily so they don’t distract me every time I look in my inbox and then they can be dealt with later.
