Shortwave helps me to organize my inbox. I really like being able to pin important emails/ threads to the top of my email inbox so they are available quickly. It is brilliant that related emails/threads are grouped by either person or group. It is really handy to be able to set a reminder and snooze threads temporarily so they don’t distract me every time I look in my inbox and then they can be dealt with later. What do you dislike about Shortwave? I have not come across any disadvantages from using Shortwave. The only noticeable difference is if you want to download more than the last 90 days of email then an upgrade is required from the free service to paid service.
