I can tailor my competitions to be exactly what I need. **What do you dislike about ShortStack?** We have had issues when using the embed code on our website, it isn't easy to make centred. **What problems is ShortStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an easy way to create competition entry pages and being able to use it with facebook is great as that is where our customers engage most highly with us. ### 2. Mixed emotions **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2018 **What do you like best about ShortStack?** Shortstack is a powerful tool to build interactive pages for Facebook apps etc, with widgets and templates covering many of the popular interactive mechanics, with quite a room for customization. **What do you dislike about ShortStack?** The interface is a bit outdated, sometimes it is hard to figure out how exactly something should assembled together from the available building bricks to get the result you need. **What problems is ShortStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** We ran a whole range of lead capture and engagement campaigns and I see the key advantage in being able to quickly put together an interactive page without requiring support from the tech team or outside agency ### 3. It's simple to use, and cost-effective. **What do you dislike about ShortStack?** I really wish there were more quiz options. That's what we'd really like to use ShortStack for, but the current templates are not useful to us. **What problems is ShortStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** CRM management ### 4. Powerful but hard to use **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Magnus H. | Online Retail and Systems Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 01, 2015 **What do you like best about ShortStack?** Shortstack is the only tool I've used for Facebook campaign and I like what I can do with it (made an advent calendar last year) which was very successful. **What do you dislike about ShortStack?** It was a big hassle to get to that point. It's a very complex piece of software to program and the workflow isn't always intuitive. It left me with a few customer grievances, unfortunately. Doors opening at the wrong time and people missing out on offers. **Recommendations to others considering ShortStack:** Please make sure you have someone reasonably tech savvy if you intend to do clever stuff like timed releases etc. The interface can be daunting. **What problems is ShortStack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Until we started using Shortstack we hadn't really done any capturing of marketing data on Facebook and we added about 7,000 leads to our Mailchimp database through the advent calendar. ## ShortStack Discussions -
