**What do you like best about Shortlister?**

"It's smart, simple, different and most importantly it saves our team valuable time."


**What do you dislike about Shortlister?**

Not being able to re-issue / extend invites myself if candidates have a technical issue/ill or are on holiday

**What problems is Shortlister solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"We regularly receive a high volume of applicants, so integrating Shortlister at such an early stage in our interview process means that is easier for us to select, interview and hire those who are a good fit for our company. Overall it is a fundamental feature of our on-boarding process and I could not recommend it highly enough.'

Just a note to say you can use the paper airplane icon next to each candidate's name in the applicant list to reinvite and extend their deadline.
