There are a few things we wish we have control over (such as how the responsiveness works and some custom styling), however I know on higher plans this is available, and shorthand . The other thing I have found challenging is that the pricing structure changes every year, this being said, shorthand has always been willing to help and find a plan to suit our NGO budget. It’s easy to use with simple guides (if needed) to on-board other team members.
