Shortcut is lawn care software for multi-crew operators running 3 to 30 crews. Dispatch, route optimization, scheduling, estimating, chemical application records, invoicing and payments all run from one board, so the office and every crew work from the same day. Dispatch and routing: every crew's day is on one dispatch board. Drag stops between crews, lasso a neighborhood on the satellite map to move a rain day, and optimize routes for one crew or the whole fleet in one pass. AI dispatch proposes fixes for today's schedule and balances work across crews; you review the plan and apply it in one click. Scheduling: recurring mowing, fertilizer and weed control program rounds, skips, pauses and service-day changes for the whole season on one calendar. Estimating: auto-measure the lawn from aerial imagery, price by the square foot from your size tiers, add optional services, and text the estimate so the customer approves it on their phone. Chemical application records: every round logs products, amounts and target pests, with the weather filled in automatically. Landscape installs and projects: phased estimates with live margin, change orders the customer signs from the field, milestone billing, and job costing against real crew hours. Snow removal: snow services wait for snow, dispatch by depth, and every push is billed by the depth. Invoicing and payments: invoices go out when the job is done. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or AutoPay, and late fees and overdue reminders run on their own. QuickBooks Online sync, with QuickBooks Desktop by custom configuration. Crews get the iOS and Android app in English or Spanish. It works offline and syncs when the signal returns. A two-way texting inbox and an automations library keep every customer updated. One plan: $180 per crew per month with every feature included and unlimited users. Shortcut's team migrates your data overnight at no fee.
