Not only was it easy, but we upgraded with an inexpensive custom domain and added tracking features. The customer service is absolutely excellent when we need a little help. **What do you dislike about Short.io?** The reporting capabilities could be improved. There are also opportunities to increase user-friendliness so that more non-technical users could take advantage of the service. **What problems is Short.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Link shortening with a branded domain, tracking capabilities, bulk uploads, and user management. It has so far the best API service and features such as domain statistics. I mostly use the API rather than interacting with the website because it's highly customizable. Integrated it with a custom bot for all my users to use and works flawlessly! **What do you dislike about Short.io?** The data export options need some improvement, it doesn't work the best way it is supposed to. Also, a total link limit is imposed rather than a monthly or yearly new links limit, which may not be a problem for some users but it is indeed a problem for many out there including me. **What problems is Short.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Short.cm helps me manage all my custom domain short links in one place and the API service is really helpful to just create a new link with a command rather than opening the website and interacting with it. ### 4. Short learning curve makes you have and concentrate all your URLs with a professional set of tools. In addition, it lets me select different redirect types, track link clicks, and protect access with a password. **What do you dislike about Short.io?** The pricing is slightly inconvenient. For example, the monthly personal plan costs 20 USD for one user. Meanwhile, the team plan, which allows unlimited users, costs 50 USD. I really like that my team was able to get a custom branded short domain for a fairly inexpensive price. The pricing structure is very manageable as we scale as a company - right now we are using approximately 1/5th of **What do you dislike about Short.io?** I really like the product better than other links shorteners I've used. The weekly report of links clicks can look a little funky, but I'm confident it will improve over time. The hardest part was setting up the domains, but our in-house web development was able to assist with the help of the short.cm team. **Recommendations to others considering Short.io:** This tool is simple and seamless!
