Some of how the back end is structured feels a little counter-intuitive, I can forget where certain options are set but this is really nitpicking - there is a built-in back end search, it take moments to find an option if you can't remember exactly where it is, so it's a non-issue. My adoption of Shopwired was based on their UK-focus (often similar competitor offerings are too US-focused). The platform is very simple to set up and thereby run an eCommerce site. Subscription fees are fair and the availability of almost instant technical support is superior to others that have been tried (Shopify, EKM, Ionos). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform has limited scope outside of a standard shop format. Thus pure information pages can be somewhat static and less interesting.
