We've been using Shopwired since 2014. I would hope that tells you all you need to know. They have a good and most importantly stable platform. If we've ever had a problem it's been swiftly dealt with and was generally of our own making! Improvements and upgrades are implemented without hitch and constantly add value to the product. The only bad thing about Shopwired is they use G2 for their reviews, this G2 review platform is profoundly annoying. Coming from a very expensive and complex Magento 2 setup, the ease of setup and day to day admin is a breath of fresh air plus a huge cost saving. For a non-technical company it is entirely possible to create a fully functioning ecommerce store within a relatively short timescale, something we were unable to accomplish to our satisfaction with our previous Magento offering. We looked very closely at other competitors such as BigCommerce, EKM, Shopify etc but we felt that as a predominately UK based business and customer base Shopwired was our best option and so far we have never regretted that decision. The shared hosting setup means we cannot have certain / specific 'custom' attributes that were available [in theory] using the Magento platform. To get around this has taken some lateral thinking internally and discussions with the Shopwired support team which resulted in either a functioning 'workaround' or a decision not to have that particular functionality in place. I stress this is for very specific 'custom' requirements and does not mean that we think Shopwired lacks any 'standard' features you would expect from an ecommerce platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Most of the larger companies lack UK based support and are very "rigid" in how they operate, I like that with Shopwired I can speak to someone easily and if i want alterations made I can do so without extortionate costs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing i could possibly say is that is that one of its best features is also its biggest flaw - it's so easy to use and build a website however the reason for this is that the templates and layouts are all predefined and easy to customise, however if you want to do something more "complex" that would require coding it's really not possible to do it yourself - having said that as I mentioned before it's not outrageously expensive to get them to make adjustments anyway Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A vast host of customisation options and really fast and help full support and in general very easy to setup with loads of guides to help if you can't work out how to set what you want straigh away Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I haven't actually found anything I don't like there are some options I would like to see added but when I message tech support about those I was informed they where already working on those for there next site update which will be in a few weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
