It can be frustrating at times if you're not familiar with how to use it, but with the proper training, it's quite simple. **What problems is Shoppingfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has enabled us to sell across multiple marketplaces and become part of that ecosystem. ### 2. I wish I had imaginited something like that before because it just connects my devices together, which means I have to spend nothing on syncing and I don’t got a lot of problems anymore. In addition, the customer service is pleasant and knowledgeable, so I am never alone even when it comes to the challenging aspects. **What do you dislike about Shoppingfeed?** Some aspects seem a bit difficult to grapple with and I had to reach out a couple of times to their support team for assistance. Moreover, the orders may get stuck to freezing there, as well. Some functionalities need to be coupled with the support of customer service which is not so plain to users with technical skills. **What problems is Shoppingfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thanks to that I do not manually need update product listings in different channels and brands. Shoppingfeed does the tedious work for me after which i can go and concentrate on areas of my business that I feel are important like Customer base development. Not only that, I am able to do quick analysis of how each product is doing across different platforms. As a result, I am able to draw very valuable conclusions on what pieces of my marketing strategy need to be improved. ### 3. The interface is also easy to use. **What do you dislike about Shoppingfeed?** Amazon browse nodes don't always match up with shoppingfeed. We have had a problem with sale pricing, but this was resolved in a timely fashion **What problems is Shoppingfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shoppingfeed connects our product data to Amazon Marketplace with ease.
