We customize apps for every area in the business where data is collected in real-time. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** Cant think of anything I do not like about Fulcrum, other than it can be pricey. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of employee data and recording details, processes performed and anything we can use in the future. ### 2. If we run into issues and need to look back and investigate what happens with the product, it shows every little detail of where the inventory goes by dates or when it's been shipped and how much. How much is left in locations(could be multiple locations)? Knows when items were received and how much was received. Shows inventory years past. Also, "Batch shipping" in fulcrum is another big plus and one of my favorite things. When working in a warehouse and you need to get multiple orders out quickly, This is a faster way for orders to print all at once with labels knowing how it needs to be shipped by the carrier, and that way; you can spend more time focusing on pulling orders and making sure the items are correct instead of spending more time trying to ship these items and concentrate on weights and dimensions and trying to type everything in the system and then trying to send it to figure out the carriers. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** The least helpful thing is probably contacts. I say that because most of the time, at least on my end, i can't communicate with the customers through fulcrum. Customers can look at product inventory, orders, Purchase orders, kit orders, etc., But you can't send a message to the customer through fulcrum; you have to use another way like calling, texting or emailing, or chat. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fulcrum benefits me by keeping up with customers' inventory and sales orders. It does this in a very straightforward way. If customers have questions about tracking a shipment, I can quickly provide this. If they have a question about inventory and how much we have left, I can look it up and provide it. If orders need to be voided and reshipped, fulcrum has multiple ways to make it much more manageable. It benefits the customers and management over the product ample time and makes everything more accessible from a receiving and shipping perspective. ### 3. Little to no training is needed for new users as it is very straightforward. All the reports you could ever need are just a couple clicks away. It is also very easy to customize fulcrum to each owner and/or channel, making it even easier for users to use. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** There have been no downsides for me when using fulcrum other than it operated a little slow once or twice, but even then it was not slow enough to make a difference. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fulcrum is very helpful at handling inventory. The best thing is being able to see the full history of a sku regardless of it being active or not. It is also making it easier to keep track of the volume of orders going out and packing material/boxes being used. ### 4. I wish we found Fulcrum before spending tens of thousands of dollars on other software. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** The warehouse management aspect is exceptional, from locations to bulk label generating. The customers can see the progress of their orders in real-time. ### 5. It holds a lot of information, so it always has anything I need to look up or find! **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** The only thing that I dislike about Fulcrum is that I've had issues with adjustments not entirely going through, or at times I've had problems with receiving POs not syncing completely. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fulcrum solves time management, considering it has everything we need to keep up with inventory, orders, receiving, and etc. Plus, it's all on the website, so I don't have to go back and forth or keep up with tons of paperwork. ### 6. We also like that they are constantly improving and adding new functions. Fulcrum has the ability to do some custom items (within reason) but has significantly improved our business and our clients business. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** Nothing. I love this product. When there are additional things I need, I request via Fulcrum and if it makes sense, they'll build it. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has significantly improved the WMS solution inside of our warehouses. We were using a competitor prior that we had constant bugs and errors with and we couldn't ever get customer support. My team was leery because they thought it was going to be forever to integate, but the process (and the integrations) were seamless. ### 10. You can easily process orders for shipment, keep up with inventory and pull reports. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** There is not much to dislike. If we run into any issue, we reach out to support to work through the problem. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are easily able to group and batch ship hundreds of orders. The batches make it easy to segment orders by owners and items for shipment. This allows us to rate shop carriers and fulfill orders more quickly for the best price. ### 11. As a 3PL, I need flexibility without sacrificing stability and work flow processes. All my customers have unique needs and Fulcrum has been able to adapt to them all. They really have thought of everything. My customers love it's ease of use and makes their jobs easier too. Its a WMS, OMS, ERP, 3PL and shipping software all rolled into one. **What do you dislike about Fulcrum?** Any needs that I have requested have been quickly, efficiently and reasonably solved so there are no complaints here. **Recommendations to others considering Fulcrum:** Highly recommend. Fulcrum can compete and compare with some of the most expensive options out there at a fraction of the cost. **What problems is Fulcrum solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fulcrum has helped make my employees jobs easier. The work flow is clearly defined for them and specific customer requirements are already determined for them. For instance, shipping methods. Fulcrum has the ability to rate shop shipments for our customers. This provides them the best shipping options at the lowest price when needed. However, some customers are particular which services they want to use when rate shopping. My shippers previously needed to know these type things.
