What do you like best about Shopperations?

I like the reporting and calendar functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Shopperations?

The advantage to keeping things in excel is we don't have to pull a report or work with a vendor to hone in for a tailored summary roll up. Shopperations helps to keep things organized but everything is input individually and there's isn't one customizable view where you can make edits while viewing the whole plan, for multiple retailers against each other for example.
