They also offer a Q&A service that lightens the load for your customer service team by allowing people to leave questions on a product page and your team can reply publicly so others can see it. The best part is Shopper Approved's integaration with our Google Merchant page becasue of which it is able to pull our Google stars and ratings into our Google Ads. I love the integration at checkout and the seamless experience it provides for customers. It makes it much easier for us to obtain feedback and reviews from customers without as much effort, reducing friction at checkout or post-purchase. This really helps us boost our satisfaction score and be more responsive to customer feedback. I also love their support services; they’re always helpful when we have an issue. The initial setup was easy, basically plug and play, with the help of the implementation manager. Shopper Approved has significantly higher conversion for review completion compared to post-purchase email campaigns, with the integration at checkout and follow-up by email weeks later resulting in much more engagement. Just using Google reviews on it's own has a much lower conversion rating due to the requirement that a customer has a Gmail account. I find Shopper Approved easy to use and appreciate its plug-in ability. We can easily display our reviews via our website. I like that customers don't need a profile to leave a review, unlike Google or Yelp. Additionally, I mentioned that the initial setup was pretty easy, which is a plus.
