We've been using Shopper Approved for years and it has always been an excellent and reliable service. It works as advertised and our customers like it. While this may seem counterintuitive, I particularly like that reviews cannot be removed or hidden. We agree, making all reviews viewable is important to build trust and credibility. Like you said we don't remove or hide reviews because bad reviews are not necessarily bad. How you handle negative reviews builds trust. We have several blogs dedicated to negative reviews, please check them out.
