I like their integration with a google related AnswerBase, which collects questions asked in a google search setting and gives you the opportunity to answer them, complete with ability to enrich the answer with links, images and attributions. If you don't have dedicated staff it can be taxing to update and monitor. It used to be very difficult just to get a simple question answered (they have extensive online resources - but who has the time to wade through them?), sometimes you just want to talk to a human being, they seem more willing to do that now. They walk you through the process from start to finish. Helping you respond to negative reviews and learing the ropes of the platform. I was pleasantly surprised to see built into the platform was a means of collection video reviews from customers. Another service subscription I was able to drop as a result and save money. Our reasons for collecting reviews was to eventually have stars show up on our google product ads. I did not realized that company reviews are different that product reviews and those stars will not show up on google shopping product ads. Once educated, I upgraded the account to start collecting product reviews. Did lose some time in that process and I am hoping to have my stars appear now before the end of the 4th quarter to give my google ads a boost in conversions.
