ShopPath is AI shopper monitoring software for ecommerce stores and agencies. Starting with a store URL, its AI shoppers test shopping journeys—from product discovery and option selection to adding items to the cart and reaching checkout. Journey reports show which steps were verified and include screenshots and explanations of issues encountered along the tested path, such as missing images, product option problems, add-to-cart failures, and checkout entry issues. Teams can use ShopPath to check their storefronts after theme updates, app installations, or other changes, then rerun tests after making a fix. Tests stop before submitting payments or placing orders.
